We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shoesensation purchase from ShoesDestination.com. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Returns Portal to start your request
- Select the items you wish to return/exchange
- Print your prepaid return label (where available)
- Pack items securely and ship them back
Refund Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes (subject to availability)
- Alternative colors/styles (subject to availability)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue for faster resolution
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
